feedback

We gained Feedback by showing our rough cut to a random selection of our peers from sixth form, a mixture of year 12's and year 13's. We asked the audience to be as critical as possible whilst remaining constructive. In their criticisms there were several recurring themes. These were; Sound, Music, Cutting, colours and the lack of a production logo. I will now go through each of these in more detail.
Sound- The sound quality on the rough cut was very poor, far too much camera noise ad other unwanted background sound.
Music- There was no music on our rough cut and our test audience said that music inkeeping with hegere of the film would improve it.
Cutting- Some of the scenes in ou rough cut wern't cut at all and therefore in some of the clips you could hear the director calling action an som laughter and televiion noise i the background etc.
Colours- Several membe of the tst audience suggested that our film may look better and suit the intended genre better if it was in black and white rather than colour.
Production logo- Our rough cut didn't have a production logo. clearly, we needed one for the final cut.
